You seem to have different tire sizes than the listed tires for 2017 Toyota Corolla so the chains # PW1034 you're looking at say they will fit your P225/45R17 tires but trust me ladder pattern style chains are a pain to install on low clearance vehicles. I can definitely get a roof rack setup that will work with your 2017 Toyota Corolla IM. However, this vehicle is not compatible with the Thule Rapid Traverse Foot or the standard Thule Traverse Foot, so you cannot use the Traverse Fit Kit 1198. For your 2017 Toyota Corolla iM the hitch you are going to want is the Draw Tite # 24952. It does not require the stabilizer strap like the Curt # C11420 does when carrying a bike rack so it would be the way to go. It also has a better price.
The Draw Tite isn't necessarily stronger or weaker than the Curt. The strap recommendation is a warranty thing that Curt came up with. They tend to just be a bit more cautious than Draw Tite.
